The Gay Fan Club believes in providing you with a quality bamboo fan made of eco-friendly materials that lasts clack after clack. Our 90 DAY GAY FAN GUARANTEE provides you a 90 day warranty for any fan defect.  We design and create high-quality fans that will stand the test of time and provide you countless hours of enjoyment.

Within 30 days, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a new fan or receive a full refund once the fan is returned and you receive a return authorization by emailing sales@thegayfanclub.com

Within 90 days, if your fan breaks through normal use, we will exchange it at no cost to you for the same design. Send an email to sales@thegayfanclub.com with three photos showing the fan (one of each side and one of the damaged area), along with your order number or retailer that you purchased the fan from, and we will issue you a return authorization.
