Shipping Times for In Stock Fans
IN STOCK HAND FANS
We strive to ship all in-stock fan orders received before 5:00 PM CST on the same day. However, please allow up to two business days for processing and shipment.
Shipping Times and Terms for Custom Clack Fan Designer
CUSTOM FANS + CUSTOM CLACK FAN DESIGNER
Upon submitting a Custom Fan order, you will receive an automated email with a design proof which you can confirm or request changes. If no response is provided in 48 hours, your Custom Fan will be considered approved and go into production. Depending on the date your order is placed, your custom fan order should typically be delivered in 30 days from the order date is placed. Please Note: given potential delays with U.S. Customs, this date could vary by a few days either way. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking for your order. All orders are shipped CIP, Carrier Insurance Purchased. In case of loss, your fan order is insured through the mail carrier

Shipping & Risk of Loss
All shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed. For orders of fewer than four (4) units, shipments are typically sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage. Orders of five (5) or more units are generally shipped via UPS Ground.
Delivery times align with the carrier’s published transit schedules. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
The Gay Fan Club reserves the right to send partial shipments if necessary.
Title & Risk Transfer
Shipping is performed CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To), with title and risk of loss transferring to you when the carrier accepts the package. While we provide tracking information and support in the event of lost packages, The Gay Fan Club is not financially responsible for lost shipments. Packages are insured, and you may file claims directly with the carrier if needed.
Packaging
Shipments are packaged in DOT-compliant, standard-sized shippers. We may adjust quantities shipped to ensure your order arrives securely and commercially reasonably packaged.
