THE GAY FAN CLUB GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

30-Day No-Questions-Asked Return:

We offer a 30-day return policy on non-clearance items. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label once your return is approved.

90-Day Replacement Guarantee:

If your fan breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us immediately at sales@thegayfanclub.com to start the replacement process.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom products and clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, please return your original purchase first. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off:

If you reside in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria above.

Refund Process:

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us. Sometimes refunds take time to post.

Sale Items:

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Clearance sale items are final sale.

Gifts:

If you received the item as a gift, you’ll receive store credit once the return is processed. If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, refunds go to the original buyer.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Recommendations:

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
