Within 30 days, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a new fan or receive a full refund once the fan is returned and you receive a return authorization by emailing sales@thegayfanclub.com

Within 90 days, if your fan breaks through normal use, we will exchange it at no cost to you for the same design.
