Yes! All bamboo clack fans come with The 90 Day Gay Guarantee which gives you a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase.

The Gay Fan Club 90 Day Gay Fan Satisfaction Guarantee and Replacement Policy 

The Gay Fan Club believes in providing you with a quality bamboo fan made of eco-friendly materials that lasts clack after clack. Our 90 DAY GAY FAN GUARANTEE provides you a 90 day warranty for any fan defect.  We design and create high-quality fans that will stand the test of time and provide you countless hours of enjoyment.

Within 30 days, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a new fan or receive a full refund once the fan is returned and you receive a return authorization by emailing sales@thegayfanclub.com

Within 90 days, if your fan breaks through normal use, we will exchange it at no cost to you for the same design. Send an email to sales@thegayfanclub.com with three photos showing the fan (one of each side and one of the damaged area), along with your order number or retailer that you purchased the fan from, and we will issue you a return authorization.

Our fans measure 13" x 24" when fully open to allow for maximum cooling. When closed, our clack fans measure 13" x 1" when closed for easy carrying in your back pocket or purse.

Our premium clack fans are made with eco-friendly bamboo, and a thin nylon fabric* and a metal rivet to ensure long lasting use.

* Please note: our Metallic Fan collection may feature PVC and reflective coated nylon

Yes! Our bamboo hand fans feature high-quality nylon* on a sturdy eco-friendly bamboo frame allowing for that loud thrwoop or clacking sound

* Metallic Fans including the Iridescent, Onyx Reflective, and Disco Ball Clack Fans feature a reflective PVC (poly vinyl chloride) coating and do not clack as loud as the traditional bamboo and nylon clack fans.
