Our hand fans generally ship the same day, Monday - Saturday, for orders before 5 pm ET. You will receive email and/or text notifications of the shipping process.
Typically, we ship USPS and give you a discounted rate for your hand fan order. For one to two products, shipping prices are between $3 and $5. Often, orders can ship free if you meet the purchase minimum.
We ship our hand fans worldwide. All prices on the website are in USD and shipping prices refer to US shipping. International shipping and or custom/import fees may apply yo your order if placed outside the U.S.
The good news is that we take returns up to 90 days. The better news for you is that in four years, we have had a total of two returns.
Fans, which are still wrapped in their protective sleeve, are able to be returned at any time during the first 30 days for a full refund. If for some reason your fan breaks, due to normal wear and tear, you can opt to receive a full refund within 30 days. All fans are covered by The Gay Guarantee, which gives you 90 days of full replacement should your hand fan be defective. We cover the shipping costs for these fans. Learn more HERE

Unfortunately, no. Due to the high costs of production and shipping, we require a minimum of 20 hand fans.
Typically, once we have finalized a design with you, you will have your custom order in 20 to 25 days from the date of approval.
Yes! The Gay Fan Club can help you design your perfect fan with you. Our graphic design service is very reasonably priced and is often waived with high enough quantities of custom fans.
