The Gay Fan Club believes in providing you with a quality bamboo fan made of eco-friendly materials that lasts clack after clack. Our 90 DAY GAY FAN GUARANTEE provides you a 90 day warranty for any fan defect. We design and create high-quality fans that will stand the test of time and provide you countless hours of enjoyment.

Within 30 days, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for a new fan or receive a full refund once the fan is returned and you receive a return authorization by emailing sales@thegayfanclub.com

Within 90 days, if your fan breaks through normal use, we will exchange it at no cost to you for the same design. Send an email to sales@thegayfanclub.com with three photos showing the fan (one of each side and one of the damaged area), along with your order number or retailer that you purchased the fan from, and we will issue you a return authorization.

Our fans measure 13" x 24" when fully open to allow for maximum cooling. When closed, our clack fans measure 13" x 1" when closed for easy carrying in your back pocket or purse.

Beautiful fans, but branding should be clearer.

I ordered 50 custom fans, and my graphic came out beautifully. I’m pleased with the print and the fans themselves.

My disappointment was finding The Gay Fan Club logo on one of the ribs. I later spotted it in the design tool’s preview, but it was small enough that I missed it while ordering and is much more noticeable on the finished fans. The site says I can personalize every detail, including the handle, and offers an optional “Add Text” choice. I didn’t select that option or realize the company’s own lettering would still appear.

I’d recommend making the logo’s inclusion explicit before checkout and showing a clear final preview of the entire fan. With that change, the custom ordering experience would better match the quality of the product.

Thick handle

The handle is thick for my hands. A friend of mine has a fan and that handle is thinner which makes it very easy for me to clack the fan. I’m figuring out how to work with this one, but I do wish that it was the same as my friend’s.

Overall I’m okay with the purchase I made but I would totally love it if the handle weren’t an issue.
