Don't Love Your Fan?

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee ensures that if you’re not completely happy with your hand fan purchase, excluding custom orders or clearance sale items, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Fans must be returned in their original condition. To start the return process, contact us below to receive a return authorization.

Have An Issue?

We have you covered. All hand fans from The Gay Fan Club come with a a 90-Day Warranty for any defects under normal use. If your fan breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will replace it at no cost with the same design. To file a warranty claim, please contact us below or email sales@thegayfanclub.com with your order number and include three clear photos showing the front, back, and the damaged area of the fan.

Once your claim is approved, you will be instructed on how to send back the damaged fan so we can process your replacement promptly.
